1. Strictly Non-Refundable Digital Services

2. No Refunds on Account Wallet Deposits and Credits

Our platform utilizes an online wallet system where users can deposit funds via PayPal to purchase platform credits for subsequent per-minute chat sessions.

  • Final Sale: All monetary deposits made into your user account wallet are final, irrevocable, and strictly non-refundable.
  • No Cash Conversions: Deposited funds and wallet balances cannot be converted back into fiat currency (cash) or transferred out of the platform. Wallet balances can only be used to purchase per-minute chat services on lovepsychicreadingchat.com.

3. Forfeiture of Wallet Balances Upon Account Closure

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that any remaining, unused, or outstanding balance in your user account wallet will be permanently forfeited and will immediately expire under the following conditions:

  • Voluntary Account Deletion: If you choose to close, deactivate, or delete your user account voluntarily at any time, any remaining wallet credits will lapse immediately. You will not receive financial compensation, a payout, or a refund for unused balances.
  • Involuntary Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, a violation of our Terms of Service, abuse of advisors, or unauthorized credit card usage. In the event of an involuntary account closure due to a breach of our agreements, all remaining wallet balances and credits are immediately and completely forfeited, and you waive all rights to claim a refund or financial recovery.

4. Abuse of Financial Disputing and Chargebacks

We track and log all chat transcripts, timestamps, IP addresses, and PayPal Billing Agreements for security and operational analysis.

  • Waiver of Claims: By using this platform, you explicitly waive your right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through PayPal, credit card issuers, or banking institutions.
  • Legal Consequences of Fraudulent Claims: If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute for a valid wallet deposit or chat session, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently ban your account. Furthermore, we may report the incident to consumer credit reporting bureaus and collections agencies, utilizing our server and chat logs as definitive electronic evidence of service delivery.

5. Exceptions: Limited Satisfaction Guarantee

The only exception to this strict Refund Policy is our Satisfaction Guarantee, as specifically defined in Section 5 of our User Agreement.

  • Any eligible compensation under the Satisfaction Guarantee is restricted to a maximum of once per thirty (30) days / calendar month, up to a strict maximum cap of $25.00 USD, and must be requested formally via email.
  • Approved satisfaction claims are typically issued as platform wallet credits rather than cash refunds, at our sole and absolute discretion.
