User Agreement (Terms of Service)

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, USING THE GOOGLE LOGIN FUNCTIONALITY, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE CHAT INTERFACE AND SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS USER AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ACCEPT THIS USER AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY, YOU SHOULD NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND ARBITRATION PROVISION

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS USER AGREEMENT INCLUDES A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION. ANY DISPUTE, ACTION, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS USER AGREEMENT MUST BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS IN THE UNITED STATES, AND MAY NOT BE ARBITRATED OR OTHERWISE PURSUED AS A CLASS ACTION. PLEASE SEE SECTION 15 BELOW.

For convenience, the website lovepsychicreadingchat.com, the per-minute live chat interface, automated communication systems, and all embedded software features will be referred to collectively as the “Site.” Any real-time text consultations, spiritual advice, tarot interpretations, or entertainment features you receive from independent advisors listing on the platform or through the Site’s software will be referred to as the “Services.”

1. Eligibility to Use the Site and Services

The Site and Services are available only to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old and are otherwise capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Site and Services are not available to Users whose accounts have been temporarily or permanently suspended. 3. Account Maintenance, Fees, and PayPal Billing Agreement

  • A. Per-Minute Transactions: A “Transaction” consists of any live, text-based chat connection initiated through your account dashboard. You hereby authorize lovepsychicreadingchat.com to calculate and collect fees for each Transaction immediately upon the conclusion of each chat segment.
  • B. PayPal and Billing Methods: All financial payments and funding on the Platform are processed securely through PayPal. Transactions can be funded using any payment method accepted by PayPal, including credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts. Payments may be executed as a direct immediate payment or through an agreed PayPal Billing Agreement (automatic billing authorization) linked to your account for seamless per-minute charging during live chats.
  • C. Billing Calculations: Fees are strictly calculated based on the per-minute rate displayed on the chosen advisor’s listing multiplied by the exact duration of the chat conversation.
  • D. Account Security: You agree never to share your credentials or your linked Google Account login information with any third party. You are solely liable for all financial transactions and charges incurred under your username, password, or account profile.
  • E. Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via your account settings. Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Upon deletion, all account data and any remaining account balance will be permanently removed. No refunds or payouts of remaining balances will be issued upon voluntary account closure.
  • F. Cashback Rewards: We may offer a 100% cashback on your first paid reading. This cashback is credited exclusively to your account balance for use on future Services. Cashback credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn to your original payment method, are non-transferable, and are subject to our sole discretion.

4. No Refunds & Irrevocable Digital Services

ALL DIGITAL SERVICES AND PER-MINUTE CHATS DELIVERED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE STRICTLY IRREVOCABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By executing a transaction or initiating a chat session, the User explicitly acknowledges that the digital service is fully delivered in real-time. THE USER HEREBY EXPLICITLY WAIVES AND RENOUNCES ALL RIGHTS AND POSSIBLE CLAIMS FOR A REFUND, CHARGEBACK, OR REVERSAL through PayPal, credit card issuers, or any other financial institution.

5. Limited Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

Notwithstanding Section 4, we offer a strictly limited Satisfaction Guarantee under the following unconditional restrictions:

  • A. Frequency and Limits: A User may submit a satisfaction guarantee claim a maximum of once per thirty (30) days / calendar month.
  • B. Compensation Cap: The maximum amount credited or refunded under an approved claim is equivalent to the total reading costs of the disputed session, up to a strict maximum cap of $25.00 USD. Any expenses exceeding $25.00 USD are entirely non-recoverable.
  • C. Mandatory Procedure: To invoke this guarantee, the User must submit a formal written request via email to our official support address within three (3) days of the session. We reserve the absolute and sole discretion to approve or deny any guarantee claim based on our platform logs.

6. Real-Time Quality Control and Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

To guarantee operational performance, maintain technical system stability, prevent fraud, and ensure premium quality standards, we actively monitor, log, and collect data from all live chat interactions and platform usage. Furthermore, we reserve the absolute right, at any time and without prior notification or disclosure to the User, to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, automated scripts, or large language models as automated chat responders. This AI implementation may be executed whenever deemed necessary for chat message diagnostics, platform research, and quality improvement of our delivery architecture.

7. Platform Status and Advisor Content Disclaimer

  • A. Independent Status of Advisors: Advisors listing their services on lovepsychicreadingchat.com are independent third parties and are not employees, legal contractors, or agents of the Platform.
  • B. Disclaimer of Advisor Claims: WE ASSUME ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, PREDICTIONS, STATEMENTS, PROMISES, OR ASSURANCES MADE BY PSYCHIC ADVISORS either during the live per-minute chat or outside the Platform.
  • C. Typographical and Text Errors: We assume no liability or responsibility for any text communications, imagery, profile descriptions, or claims that contain spelling mistakes, typographical errors, or formatting inaccuracies.

8. Third-Party Intellectual Property and Copyright (Advisors’ Images)

All profile images, descriptions, and media uploaded by independent psychic advisors are the sole responsibility of that advisor.

  • As a platform operator, lovepsychicreadingchat.com assumes no liability or responsibility for the unlawful, unauthorized, or infringing use of images, graphics, or copyrighted text by psychic advisors.
  • Notice and Take-Down Procedure: If you are a copyright owner and discover that an independent advisor has unlawfully utilized your image or intellectual property, you must submit a written notification to our support email. Upon receipt of a valid written notice, we will review the claim and, in consultation with the involved parties, execute the removal of the infringing imagery within a timeframe of three (3) business days.

9. Prohibited User Conduct

In accessing the Site, utilizing the per-minute chat rooms, or executing a Google Social Login, you explicitly agree that you will not:

  • Record, copy, take screenshots of, or systematically store any live chat transcripts or content received through the platform.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Platform’s proprietary billing systems by arranging off-site payments or third-party communication channels with advisors.
  • Use the chat software to transmit harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, racist, or otherwise illegal and harmful material.
  • Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the server infrastructure, database tables, or computer systems running lovepsychicreadingchat.com.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

We own all right, title, and interest in and to the Site, including its underlying software architecture, design formats, per-minute tracking scripts, URLs, branding, logos, and proprietary features. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and strictly limited license to access and use the chat platform in accordance with these terms. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY, CHAT SPEED, INFRASTRUCTURE UPTIME, QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE CHAT ROOMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Absolute Exclusion of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LOVEPSYCHICREADINGCHAT.COM, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH A CHAT CONVERSATION OR SERVICE DELIVERED ON THIS SITE. THIS COMPLETE EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ALL ACTIONS, CLAIMS, OR EMOTIONAL/FINANCIAL OUTCOMES FLOWING FROM A CHAT CONVERSATION, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ADVANCED. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE PROVISIONS SET FORTH IN THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IN SECTION 5.

13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law: USA First

This Agreement, the deployment of the chat architecture, and all platform operations are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. The Platform is explicitly optimized and directed for a US-based audience first.

14. DMCA Copyright Agent

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), if you believe your work has been copied on our Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification containing all required DMCA elements to our support email address listed below.

15. Binding Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or legal claim arising out of or relating to this User Agreement, the per-minute billing structure, or your chat interactions shall be settled by binding arbitration administered in accordance with commercial arbitration rules in the United States.

You explicitly agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive any right to initiate, join, or participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class action lawsuit, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding against us.

16. Electronic Records and Signatures

By creating an account, registering via a Google account link, or utilizing the chat tools, you provide your full legal consent to the use of electronic means to complete this Agreement, and you agree that all automated logs, billing receipts, and chat transcripts stored by us constitute definitive electronic records of your activities.
