Chat Policy

This Chat Policy forms an integral part of the lovepsychicreadingchat.com User Agreement and is incorporated by reference therein. By using the per-minute chat interface, you agree to adhere to these standards. Failure to comply may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining wallet balances.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not do any of the following while using our chat services:

• Harassment and Etiquette: Harass, threaten, or abuse the other person involved in your chat. Please use standard chat etiquette and respect the privacy of all platform users and advisors.
• Solicitation and Off-Platform Contact: Post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation for external or competitive websites. You may not reference your involvement with alternative chat programs. The exchange of personal contact information, including email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, or messenger IDs for off-site communication, is strictly prohibited.
• Impersonation: Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including lovepsychicreadingchat.com or its staff; or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by our management.
• Obscene and Harmful Content: Transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy-invasive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, racist, harmful, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.
• Privacy Infringement: Invade anyone’s privacy by attempting to harvest, collect, store, or publish private or personally identifiable information, such as passwords, account information, credit card numbers, addresses, or other contact information without their knowledge and willing consent.
• Intimidation and Hate Speech: Threaten, stalk, defame, defraud, degrade, victimize, or intimidate an individual or group of individuals for any reason, including on the basis of age, gender, disability, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race, or religion, or incite anyone else to do so.
• Disruption of Systems: Harm or disrupt, or intend to harm or disrupt, the Site’s software, servers, or networks, including but not limited to spamming, or attempting to bypass security protocols.
• Sexually-Oriented Content: Transmit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal. We reserve the right to decide in our sole discretion what constitutes sexually-oriented content, and our zero-tolerance policy applies to all services offered on the Site.
• Malware and Viruses: Transmit any files that contain software viruses, worms, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to destroy, interrupt, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.

Our Rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, and without any obligation to do so, to:

1. Review, monitor, and remove user-created services and chat content at any time and without notice.
2. Delete chat content or permanently terminate user accounts.
3. Ban participants from using our services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that they have violated these policies.

Important Notice Regarding Crisis and Suicide Prevention

Please note that our advisors and our platform are not trained or equipped to function as a suicide hotline or emergency response service.

• If you are in crisis, please contact your local suicide prevention hotline, your personal physician, a hospital emergency room, or your local emergency services (e.g., 911) immediately for professional assistance.
• While we reserve the right to contact appropriate authorities if you provide personal information and subsequently threaten self-harm or suicide, we make no guarantee that such action will be taken or that emergency personnel will be contacted on your behalf. Your safety and the use of professional emergency services remain your sole responsibility.
